STRATCOM VICADS HEALTH ASSESSMENT

SOURCES SOUGHT SYNOPSIS: This notice is for planning purposes only and does not constitute a solicitation for competitive quotes and is not in any way a commitment by the Government; the 55th Contracting Squadron, Offutt Air Force Base, NE, is seeking information for market research purposes only for the following services listed below. A future solicitation may be posted based on the result of this sources sought. If you are able to work on VICADS proprietary system, please submit the requested capabilities statement and proof of accomplishing the work to the point of contacts located below. The government intends to award this as a sole source award to Prometheus Security Group Global via their GSA Schedule.

System Engineers will provide a complete review of the current state and configuration of both the C2F Vindicator Alarm and Access Control system and the VICADS Assessment system. A detailed report will be provided to the customer that lists potential problem areas and proposed solutions. On-site refresher training will be provide to local ESS technicians. An out-brief of the findings and suggestions will be provided to the STRATCOM and 55th Wing leadership prior to departure.
