The 1st Expeditionary Theater Support Group (1ETSG) is currently performing market research for a requirement for small unmanned aerial system (sUAS) or platform and payload for Task Force 99 (TF99). A Salient Characteristics document is attached to this notice for Industry to provide potential solutions that are present in today’s market. Providing technical capabilities without cost/price data will improve TF99's understanding of market capabilities. THIS DOES NOT CONSTITUTE A REQUEST FOR QUOTATION.
1. Reponses to this Sources Sought request should reference "sUAS & Payload Industry Input" and shall include the following information in this format:
2. White paper (Word or PDF format, 12-point, Times New Roman font, no smaller than 1-inch margins, and no more than 7 pages to include product literature/photographs/concept designs) outlining the market or company’s ability to meet ETSG’s attached technical objectives.
a. Additionally, the white paper should include capability statement displaying the contractor’s ability to provide the products or services, to include past performance information. If past performance information is provided, please include only relevant past performance on the same/similar work within the last 5 years. Please also include in past performance information the contract numbers, dollar value, and period of performance for each contract referenced in the response to this Sources Sought.
3. In addition to the white paper, 1 PowerPoint or PDF chart (quad chart desired) may be submitted which summarizes capabilities, risk mitigation(s), any available estimated pricing, etc.
At this time, the Government is not looking to conduct any clarification or discussion sessions. NOTE: All contractors doing business with the Federal Government must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database. The website for registration is www.sam.gov.
All responses to this notice are to be submitted by 12:00 PM Arabian Standard Time, on 30 June 2025. Responses will be accepted via electronic means only to francis.dunn.1@us.af.mil.
