This requirement is for services and supplies in support of the NUWCDIVNPT Code 34 SubHDR National Maintenance Center (NMC), primarily for refurbishment and repair of the SubHDR Antenna Pedestal Group (APG) and select Mast Group (MG) LRUs. It also includes requirements for SubHDR NMC system engineering failure analysis and evaluation, associated test station design, upgrade, maintenance, APG and MG testing, and configuration management services. This requirement is a follow-on to N66604-19-D-K900 with Serco, Inc. This requirement is being solicited as unrestricted, as concurred with by the NUWCDIVNPT Office for Small Business Programs and the Small Business Procurement Center Representative. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this acquisition is 334511. This procurement will be processed under FAR Part 15. A single award ID/IQ type contract with Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP), Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee (CPFF), Cost Reimbursement (CR), and Not Separately Priced (NSP) contract line items are anticipated. The resultant contract will contain a maximum ten (10) year ordering period, broken into five (5) ordering periods of two (2) years each, if all options are exercised.
