The Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) is issuing solicitation N00024-24-R-6231 for procurement of the development, integration, testing, production, and installation for the submarine-launched Submarine Tethered Expendable Buoy (STEB) system. The STEB system provides a submerged submarine with a surface buoy platform for communications, situational awareness, and collision avoidance data. SOLICITATION DOCUMENT ACCESSIn order to receive access to applicable Government Furnished Information, potential Offerors will need to comply with Section L and submit the requested documents/ information. This solicitation is issued electronically via PIEE and interested parties must comply with that announcement.
