This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). All quoted prices shall be identified in CLIN 0001 and applicable SLINs 0001AA, 0001AB, etc. as applicable for monthly recurring charges and CLIN 0002 and applicable SLINs 0002AA, 0002AB, etc. as applicable for non-recurring charges. CLIN/SLINs shall include item descriptions, quantities, and units of measure. The requested service date and acceptance criteria are outlined in the attached inquiry.
