The objective of this BPA is to provide towing services to the SBRF, General Anchorage #26, located in Benicia, California, to accomplish intra-fleet ship moves within the anchorage, mooring maintenance by adjusting or deploying anchors and chains to/from ships, and the movement of barges around the anchorage.
The BPA will be broken down into two (2) distinct multiple award pools:
Pool 1 will be Unrestricted and Pool 2 will be set-aside for small businesses.
The 2 BPA pools will be evaluated separately. Quoters do not need to submit a response for both pools in order to be considered for award.
