SURGICAL INSTRUMENT MAINTENANCE, REPAIR AND LASER MARKING SERVICES

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with FAR 12.6, Streamlined Procedures for Commercial Items, as supplemented with additional information in this notice. Also, this acquisition is being conducted under FAR 13.5, Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; Quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is HT942525R0002. The solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). Provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-03 are incorporated. Offerors shall submit a quote in response to the requirements of the United States Army Medical Research Acquisition Activity (USAMRAA) in support of the David Grant Medical Center (DGMC), Travis Air Force Base, CA. USAMRAA requests responses from qualified sources capable of providing the service that can meet the Governments requirement.
Questions concerning the solicitation are due no later than 08 August 2025 at 10:00 A.M Eastern Time. Questions shall be submitted to Mr. Christopher L. Cook at christopher.l.cook68.civ@health.mil.
The proposal shall be submitted electronically via email to christopher.l.cook68.civ@health.mil no later than 31 August 2025 at 2:00 P.M. Eastern Daytime Time. Please note that only one (1) proposal will be accepted by the Government. Late proposals will not be accepted.
