SURVEILLANCE SYSTEM WITH INSTALLATION

The United States Department of the Naval Medical Research Command (NMRC) intends to award a local small business set-aside contract to, Camera Security Now, Middletown, OH 45005. This requirement is for authorized approved vendors to provide supplies and perform services for brand name equipment. The Naval Medical Research Unit - Dayton (NAMRU-D) has a requirement for a requirement for a surveillance system for the GL-6000, Disorientation Research Device (DRD). The safety and active monitoring of research participants inside the device, DRD crew operating outside the device in the hall, and personnel in the near vicinity of the device hall is of the utmost importance. Replace existing cameras and add additional cameras to provide more comprehensive hall coverage. Improved recording capability, digital image quality and system that stays on/operates when the DRD is powered off. The NAICS code for this action is 334310. This requirement will be procured under the guidelines of FAR Part 12 Commercial Items and FAR Subpart 19.5 Small Business Total Set-Asides. NMRC requires that all contractors doing business with the Acquisition Office must be registered with the Systems for Award Management (SAM).
