SW/CP REVISED UFR UPGRADE TO FEDERAL SIGNAL

The 30th Contracting Squadron, Vandenberg Space Force Base, CA 93437, intends to solicit and award a sole source firm-fixed-price contract to Federal Signal Corporation. The action will be executed in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services, and 13.106-1(b)(1)(i), Soliciting from a single source not exceeding the simplified acquisition threshold. See attached redacted Single Source Justification for additional details. 

The requirement is to provide the following: 

CLIN 0001: SFCD255, COMMANDER SOFTWARE, PRGMNG, 255 SITES, Quantity (1) Unit (each).  

CLIN 0002: X-PCD1, Windows 11 DESKTOP COMPUTER WITH MONITOR, KEYBOARD, MOUSE, Quantity (2) Unit (each).  

CLIN 0003: SS2000+, DIGITAL DTMF CONTROLLER, DESK MOUNT, Quantity (2) Unit (each).  

CLIN 0004: FREIGHT Z4, FREIGHT ZONE 4 - US GROUND ONLY, Quantity (1) Unit (each).  

This notice of intent is NOT a request for quote or proposal. However, interested parties may submit a narrative describing their capabilities and qualifications to fulfill the requirement via email to ty.ryan.2@spaceforce.mil and sabrina.swain.1@spaceforce.mil  no later than 12 Sep 2025 at 1:00PM Pacific Time. Any costs incurred in submitting a capabilities statement will not reimbursed by the Government. Additionally, the information received will be evaluated solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct the procurement on a competitive basis. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
