Synopsis:

The 47th Contracting Squadron at Laughlin AFB intends to award, on a full and open competitive basis, a Firm-Fixed Price Purchase Order for a badging system project. Based on the non-complex nature of the requirement and its low dollar value, the Government intends to utilize oral solicitations outlined within FAR 13.106-1. A formal solicitation will not be posted on SAM.gov.

Compliance with FAR Part 5.101(a)(2): The Government has already identified two or more vendors who are eligible for this requirement. This notice is being posted solely to comply with the requirements of FAR Part 5.101(a)(2).

Estimated Timeline: The Government anticipates making an award within 10 calendar days from the date of this notice.

Opportunity for Future Consideration:

To be considered for future requirements solicited orally, interested firms MUST submit a Statement of Intent and the following supporting documentation to the Contracting Officer via email alejandro.alvarado.3@us.af.mil no later than five (5) calendar days from the date of this posting.

Supporting Documentation:

• A list of references for similar projects completed within the past three (3) years.
• A capability statement demonstrating relevant experience and any active registrations under any of the socioeconomic programs.
• A signed acknowledgement confirming understanding that the worksite is located at Laughlin AFB in Del Rio, TX, approximately 3 hours from any major city.
