Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Crane has a requirement for the production, evaluation, repair and rebuild of SDR TWT used in the Aegis AN/SPY-1D(V) Radar System. This requirement is planned as a non-commercial Firm-Fixed price (FFP) indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) contract for a period of five (5) years for the United States Navy (USN) and Foreign Military Sales (FMS), with an estimated total of $38M. The following planned CLIN structure will be utilized to meet the production, evaluation, repair and rebuild for the SDR TWT requirement. MPP is the only responsible source that can fulfill the requirements and any other award would result in substantial duplication of costs to the Government and unacceptable delays. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement or proposal which shall be considered by the agency. However, a determination by the Government not to compete this anticipated contract based upon responses to this solicitation is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of re-evaluating the justification for sole source or limitation of sources and making a determination to change the acquisition strategy to a competitive procurement. Solicitations and amendments for this sole source action will not be posted to sam.gov and are available only from the POC identified below, on or around 09 June 2025, with an estimated award date of 15 December 2025.
