    The Mission and Installation Contracting Command - Installation Contracting Office, West Point, NY (MICC-West Point) is issuing this SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION Structural Beam Tester with Installation at the United States Military Academy (USMA). The estimated period of performance is 01 July 2025 – 30 June 2026. This requirement will be a 100% set aside for Small Business concerns under NAICS code 334519 – Other Measuring and Controlling Device Manufacturing with a size standard of 600 employees and FSC/PSC of N099. - In order to be eligible for award, offerors must be registered as a Small Business concern under the appropriate NAICS code in the System for Award Management (SAM) at sam.gov. - Please verify that both your Entity Unique Identifier, Cage Code are current and valid in the System for Award Management (SAM). Offerors are reminded to carefully review solicitation documents issued as criteria is stated in the solicitation and shall govern.
