SYNOPSIS TO EXERCISE THE FIRST (1ST) OPTION OF THE WEST POINT AIAD HOUSING AT AMERICAN UNIVERSITY CONTRACT AT WEST POINT, NY

The Mission and Installation Contracting Command Installation Contracting Office, West Point, NY (MICC-West Point) is issuing this SYNOPSIS to exercise the first (1st) option of the West Point AIAD Housing at American University contract at West Point, NY.

The upcoming requirement covers a 1-year (12-month) period May 22, 2026 through May 21, 2027.

This Synopsis Notification is not a request for competitive proposals, and no solicitation document is available.  However, any interested party that believes is capable of meeting our requirement on future renewals may identify themselves but must submit evidence of their capability to fulfill the requirement. ***INFO WILL BE VERIFIED***.  All interested parties must provide the following data with their responses:

4.  TAX ID# (aka “EIN” or “TIN”)

8.  Proof (no exceptions) - -

a.  Provide a capability statement that shows your company’s ability to meet our requirements in accordance with the information stated above.    

A determination not to compete the requirement based on the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.  Any information received will be considered solely for market research purposes to determine a potential future competitive procurement.
