This is a combined synopsis/solicitation and notice of intent to award sole source. All services shall be performed in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS), dated 23 April 2026. The overall period of performance for this IDIQ contract is 04 May 2026 - 03 May 2031. No foreign participation is permitted. Offerors are advised to review Section L for instructions regarding the submission of limited financial responsibility information. Offerors shall provide any two (2) or three (3) of the financial capability indicators listed in Section L to support the Government's responsibility determination in accordance with FAR 9.1041.
