    Description

    This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR 12.6, as supplemented with the additional information attached to this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a separate solicitation will not be issued. 030ADV25Q0181 is issued as a Request For Quotation (RFQ).

    The Library of Congress (the Library) requires service, support, and maintenance for the Library’s telecommunications backup power systems with full maintenance replacement on all systems and components at no additional cost to the Library. The Library telecommunications backup power systems are defined as a combination of DC power plants plus all batteries, inverters, power plants, UPS’s and all associated wiring and equipment. All power systems have a minimum requirement of eight hours of backup for voice telecommunications equipment.

    Maintenance shall be provided at various locations in the District of Columbia and Maryland as listed in the attached solicitation document.

    The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-05.
