TEMPORARY CHILLER RENTAL

The Mission and Installation Contracting Command - West Point, NY (MICC-West Point) is issuing this SOLICITATION for Temporary Chiller Rental at the United States Military Academy (USMA). This requirement is for the rental of three 500-ton trailer-mounted chillers.

The estimated period of performance is 15 April 2026 – 15 October 2026.

This requirement will be a 100% set aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) concerns under NAICS code 532490 - Other Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment Rental and Leasing (size standard $40,000,000) and PSC W041 - Lease or Rental of Equipment – Refrigeration, Air Conditioning, and Air Circulating Equipment. In order to be eligible for award, offerors must be registered as a SDVOSB under the appropriate NAICS code in the System for Award Management (SAM) at SAM.gov.

Site visit is scheduled for 10:00am ET on Friday 27 March 2026 . Attendees are instructed to assemble at the MICC-West Point Office located at 681 Rogers Place, First Floor Lobby, West Point, NY 10996. All interested contractors are requested to RSVP to the MICC POC (below) in advance to coordinate attendance no later than Thursday, March 26, 2026 at 10:00 AM EST.
