Description: The USACE Chicago District has a forthcoming requirement for a mobile Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) for treatment of contaminated pond water at a Confined Disposal Facility (CDF) and discharge the treated wastewater meeting the State of Indiana NPDES permit requirements, into Lake George Branch of the Indiana Harbor Canal (IHC). The requirement includes operatation and maintainance of the WWTP, and pumping and treating up to 15M gallons of wastewater a month, when ordered.
This requirement is planned to be a total small business set-aside. The contract type is planned to be a five-year, single awared task order contract (SATOC).
