The Air Force Test Center’s Installation Contracting Division (AFTC/PZI) at Arnold Air Force Base (AFB) located in Tennessee is seeking sources that are interested in and capable of meeting the Government’s requirement for a new test facility pump system.

INTRODUCTION:

The Government requires design, analysis, procurement, documentation, fabrication, installation, and verification activities necessary to provide a complete and working cooling water system, including connections to the existing cooling water supply and piping currently supplying a test facility located at Arnold Air Force Base, Tennessee.

NORTH AMERICAN INDUSTRY CLASSIFICATION SYSTEM (NAICS) CODE:

The anticipated North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) for this requirement is 333996 Fluid Power Pump and Motor Manufacturing with a small business size standard of 1,250 employees.

SUBMISSION DETAILS:

Responses should include:

1. Company Information: Company name, company address, and telephone number and e-mail address of company point of contact.
2. System for Award Management (SAM) Unique Entity Identifier (UEI) Number.
3. Overview of company’s technical capabilities including whether your company is a manufacturer, distributor, general contractor, etc.

Submission: Provide your company’s overview of technical capabilities to meet the subject requirement no later than 2:00 PM Central Time (CT) on 10 February 2026, via email to Ms. Haley Smith at haley.smith.10@us.af.mil.
