    1.0 Background

    • Provide subscription activation and access credentials within five (5) business days after award.

    7.0 Government-Furnished Property

    8.0 Acceptance Criteria

    The Government will consider the requirement successfully performed when:

    • The subscription is activated and operational.
    • Authorized IRS personnel have access to the subscribed service.
    • Current tax-exempt bond market information is available throughout the period of performance.
    • Technical support is available as required.
