These attachments are provided as an aid to contractor and do not relieve the contractor from responsibility for full inspection and field measurement of existing conditions prior to fabrication. The Library of Congress requires contractor support for an assessment of the condition of the curtain and valance at it's National Audiovisual Conservation Center theater. The assessment shall be followed by a report and recommendation for either curtain repair or curtain replacement so the Library may determine the preferred solution. There is a site visit for this solicitation. Offerors who wish to attend the site visit must notify the Contracting Officer and Contract Specialist in writing by the date in the solicitation. Answers to questions will be posted as an amendment to the solicitation. Responses are due no later than 04/30/2025 at 5:00 PM EST.
