The attachments have been uploaded in a format that they should be able to be opened. _______________________________________________________________________________- This DRAFT Request for Proposal (RFP) for Tinker AFB’s FY26 Multiple Award Construction Contract (MACC) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) effort is being released to provide early engagement with industry and gather valuable insights from potential offerors. Feedback provided will be reviewed and potentially utilized to help refine this requirement and develop a comprehensive and effective final RFP. This draft is not a formal solicitation, no contract will be awarded based on responses to this draft and will not obligate the government for any costs associated with responses. We encourage potential offerors to review the Draft RFP and all of the attachments. There will be a windshield tour on 1 October at 0900 for all interested parties to get familiar with the base. Please R.s.v.p with the POCs by 24 September if you’re interested in attending. Any questions about the draft RFP must be submitted in writing by 1300 on 8 October.
