Project Title: WWYK230053 – Replace Valve and Fuel Tank B3202
Project Location: Tinker AFB B3202

General scope of the project: This Design Build Constrcuiton project at B3202 includes major upgrades to civil, architectural, structural, mechanical, and electrical systems. Work involves removing the underground fuel vault, replacing the 1,400 SF roof, and installing a new above-ground diesel tank inside the building. The design also adds new ventilation and fuel piping. Electrical updates include LED lighting with battery backup, new panels, and fuel system connections. The structural scope includes supporting the new MEP installations and repairing the corroded steel hoist structure. All improvements are designed to meet current codes and Tinker AFB standards.

The magnitude of this construction project is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000.

Currently, the Solicitation – Request for Proposal (RFP) is in the draft stage and will be posted once available.

After review of the project specific documents, if you are a Tinker AFB – MAC BOA Holder, please send an email to the Contracting Points of Contact as an RSVP stating you are interested in attending the Initial Site Visit.  Your RSVP email must be received by 20 June 2025 at 12:00pm.  In your RSVP, please let us know if all personnel that will be attending the Initial Site Visit have base access.  If anyone requires base access, you must forward with your RSVP the Entry Access List (EAL) so that we can know how many personnel require base access.  After receipt of your RSVP and EAL if required, an MS Outlook meeting invite will be coordinated and will be forwarded stating the date and time of the Initial Site Visit.

You must attend the Initial Site Visit for the project to be considered eligible to propose.
