**SECOND SITE VISIT**
1. Site visit attendance is mandatory to be considered responsive. RSVP email confirmation of intent to attend site is due NLT 1600 CST, Monday, 14 April 2025. In your RSVP email confirmation, please indicate if any of your members need base access. If a Contractor/Sub‐contractor fail to meet this deadline, the site visit information will not be released to your organization.
Only seven individuals will be allowed per contractor.
2. Site visit date will be April 17, 2025 at 1000. Calendar Invite will be sent to only those who have RSVPd.
3. IAW BOA guidelines; Small Business Set‐Aside. (If >$25 mil).
4. IAW FAR 36.204(g): The estimated price should be described in terms of the following price range: Between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000.
