In accordance with FAR Part 19, Small Business Programs, this requirement was previously in the 8(a) program and this office currently anticipates an 8(a) Set-Aside subject to the results of this market research. This Sources Sought does not in any way obligate the Government to award a subsequent Contract. This Sources Sought is for market research and planning purposes to determine if responsible sources exist. The Government will NOT be responsible for any costs incurred by in responding to this Sources Sought. The Government does not intend to make an award based on responses to this sources sought.
