Tinker - Base Operations Support Service (RFI Cost Accounting System)

This is a Request for Information (RFI) only, which, as part of market research, is being issued in accordance with (IAW) Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 15.201(e) RFIs may be used when the Government does not presently intend to award a contract but wishes to obtain other market research information, or capabilities for planning purposes. Responding to this notice is not an offer and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract.

The Government is contemplating a Cost Reimbursable CLIN on this contract. The use of CR requires the contractor’s accounting system is adequate for determining costs applicable to the contract or order per FAR 16.301-3. Can you confirm if your company meets the requirement?
