The price bid shall be IAW the subject RFP (as amended), Instructions to Bidders, Evaluation Factorsfor Award, and the Pricing Matrix. 3. The Period of Performance (PoP) shall be in accordance with the subject solicitation. 4. Bidders are hereby reminded that they shall provide evidence of an adequate accounting system withtheir price bid in accordance with the solicitation. Bidders are hereby reminded of the NIST SP 800-171DoD Assessment requirements included n DFARS 252.204-7020 and 252.204-7012. Bidders shallprovide a plan of action and plan completion date if your score for the basic assessment summary score isbelow 110. 5. IAW FAR 52.214-25, Step Two of Two-Step Sealed Bidding, in invitations for bids issued under steptwo of two step seal bidding. Including that the bidder shall comply with the specifications and thebidder’s technical proposal. 6. Please provide the price bid for the subject effort to the Government no later than May 5, 2025 at 4:00PM Central via DoD Safe as stated in the Instructions to Bidders.
