TIRE REPLACEMENT SERVICES

This acquisition is being conducted on a BRAND NAME or EQUAL basis with TOYO TIRES. per FAR 11.104. Interested authorized distributors may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals/quote prior to solicitation close date and time which will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.  A determination not to complete this action based upon responses received to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Requirement is being procured using FAR Parts 12 and 13 procedures.

Award of firm-fixed price supply type contract is anticipated

It is anticipated that the solicitation will be posted to the SAM.gov website on or about 07 August 2025 with quotes due on or about 15 August 2025.

Prospective offerors are responsible for downloading their own copy of the solicitation from the SAM.gov website and for frequently monitoring the site for any amendments. The Government is not responsible for any inability of the offeror to access the posted documents.  

No telephone or FAX requests will be accepted, and no hard-copy solicitation/amendment will be mailed or FAXed. Offerors must also be registered in the System for Awards Management (SAM) in order to receive a Government Award in this procurement at http://www.sam.gov.
