    The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers - New England District is issuing a Solicitation Notice for Title and Closing Services, Plymouth Long Beach Dike, Plymouth, MA. THE WORK CONSISTS OF: Provide all supervision, labor, materials, equipment, certifications, licenses, permits, and transportation to obtain, generate, and provide preliminary title commitments for seven (7) parcels of land in the Town of Plymouth, County of Plymouth, Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Preliminary title commitments shall be executed in compliance with practice standards for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and the duration of the period of search for the title commitments shall be a minimum of sixty (60) years in accordance with the Regulations of the Attorney General Governing the Review and Approval of Title for Federal Land Acquisitions (2016). Preliminary title commitments based on and/or written off of previously issued policies or so called “back policies” shall not be sufficient. Additionally, the Government may choose to exercise options for an update (Continuation) to the preliminary title commitments on any or all of the seven (7) parcels of land, options for closing and escrow services, including review and comment on the associated deed and any curative materials, and any other tasks necessary to close the transaction and ensure that good and marketable title to the real estate interests vest in the United States of America for any or all of all the parcels of land, as well as options for final American Land Title Association (ALTA) U.S. Policy - 9/28/91 (revised 12/03/12) on any or all of the parcels of land. This procurement is set-aside for small business vendors. The applicable NAICS code is 541191 with a Small Business Size Standard of $19.5 Million. ALL VENDORS MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE REGISTRATION IN SAM.GOV AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED. ANY VENDOR THAT DOES NOT HAVE AN ACTIVE SAM.GOV REGISTRATION WILL BE REJECTED AS NON RESPONSIVE.
