TITLE SEARCH AND CLOSING SERVICES FOR CALIFORNIA NRCS EASEMENT PROGRAMS

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12.  This announcement constitutes the only solicitation.  Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. 

Solicitation number 12FPC326Q0013 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for Title Search and Closing Services for California NRCS Easement Programs. The Government anticipates the award of one firm fixed-priced contract resulting from this solicitation. Award will be made to the responsible quoter whose quote responds to the terms of this RFQ and is the best value for the Government.

This acquisition is being set aside for 100% small business concerns.  The applicable North American Classification System Code (NAICS) is 541191 – Title Abstract and Settlement Offices. (For more information on size standards visit http://www.sba.gov/size.)  The small business size standard is $19.5M.  This acquisition is Total Small Business Set-Aside.   Active SAM registration is required in order to be awarded this contract and must remain active throughout the period of performance.  All responsible sources may submit a quotation which may be considered by the agency.
