Work will be performed on a flexible, as-needed schedule determined by the Contracting Officers Representative, with services occurring Monday through Thursday and not on federal holidays. The Forest Service intends to award a single commercial services contract resulting from this solicitation. Evaluation will be based on Price, Technical Acceptability, and Past Performance.
