TRACTOR TRUCK SLEEPER AND TRAILER 12 MONTH LEASE

The New York Army National Guard requests one (1) tandem-axle sleeper tractor and trailer to be leased for twelve (12) months to facilitate rapid transport of large equipment to multiple locations throughout NY state.  There will be an average of 4,000 miles each month.

Delivery/Pick up:

Vendor will deliver (1) Tandem-axle Sleeper Truck and (1) 53’ Aluminum low profile step deck Trailer with ramps to location listed below by or before 4PM est 12 JAN 2026  .

Vendor will pick-up (1) Tandem-axle Sleeper Truck and (1) 53’ Aluminum low profile step deck Trailer with ramps from location listed below by 4PM est 11 JAN 2027.

Award will be made to the lowest responsible offer that can meet all criteria of the Attached Salient characteristics, RFQ, and have current active registration in SAM at www.sam.gov.
