TRAFFIC SYSTEMS MAINTENANCE AND REPAIRS

Purpose of this Notice

The Army Contracting Command is conducting market research to find qualified businesses that can perform preventative maintenance and repairs on the traffic system at Tobyhanna Army Depot (TYAD). See the attached DRAFT Performance Work statement for more information.

-           This is research only, not a Request for Quotes.

-           Future Contract Type: If this becomes a real project, the government plans to award a single, set-price contract (Firm Fixed Price).

-           Your response is voluntary and does not count as an official bid.

NAICS Code: 238210 - Electrical Contractors and Other Wiring Installation Contractors

Small Business Limit: Under $19,000,000 - Maximum average annual revenue to qualify as a small business

Product Service Code: J059 - Maintenance, Repair, and Rebuilding of Equipment (Electrical/Electronic)

Submission Details

If your company can do this work, you must submit a Capabilities Statement package that meets these requirements:

Length Limit:     Maximum of 5 pages

Page Size:        Standard 8.5 x 11 inches

Font Size:         No smaller than 10-point font

File Format:      Microsoft Word or PDF

Classification:  UNCLASSIFIED ONLY (Do not send classified data)

Your submission must include:

1.         Company Info: Name, address, website, phone number, ownership type, and Point of Contact (POC) details.

2.         Capability Proof: Evidence that your team can handle the work outlined in the draft Performance Work Statement. If you plan to use subcontractors, explain how you will manage them.
