Facilitate optional breakout sessions for senior leaders, mid-level leaders, and SHARP professionals.? Develop customized training content tailored to Army SHARP objectives; submit all materials in advance for Government approval.Performance Requirements:? Proven experience with military or government audiences.? Trauma-informed delivery approach.? Subject-matter expertise in sexual violence prevention.? Ability to present sensitive content appropriately to diverse audiences.? Compliance with Army Training policies.Unique Requirements:? Must be a Korean vendor authorized to conduct business in the Republic of Korea (proof required).? Meet access/security requirements for U.S. military installations.?
