TRANSFORMATIONAL SECURITY, LLC REMOTE TECHNICAL SUPPORT SERVICES

The Department of State, Bureau of Global Acquisitions, Acquisition Management Directorate, Office of Diplomatic Mission Support, Security Staffing and Countermeasures Division (GA/AMD/DMS/SEC/SSC) intends to award a firm-fixed price contract on a sole source basis to Transformational Security, LLC of Columbia, Maryland under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i) Only one source is reasonably available, urgency, exclusive licensing agreements, brand name, or industrial mobilization. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes/proposals are not being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

The requirement is to provide remote technical support services at Department of State facilities domestically and globally. These supplies/services require that Transformational Security, LLC fulfill remote technical support service requests from DS/C/ST/CMP. This will allow the Office of Security Technology to continue to operate fully-functioning in-place monitoring systems which are part of the technical countermeasures against various security threats.

The Period of Performance (POP) is for one Base Year plus four Option Years. The POP will start on the date of award.

All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. Responses must include a written narrative statement of capability, including detailed technical information demonstrating the company's ability to meet the above requirements. Written responses must be received no later than September 02, 2025 at 09:00 am ET to the person listed as the Government point of contact in this announcement.
