Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number 70FBR926Q00000010 is issued as a request for quotes (RFQ) for the rental of the transportation of a barge, vessel, and boat to and from the island of Managaha / Saipan in support the operations within DR4910-MP. This acquisition is a set-aside for small business concerns. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference.
