This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.
Solicitation number 70CDCR26R00000021 is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP) for commercial services to provide statewide armed ground transportation, 24/7/365 centralized dispatch operations, and a contractor‑hosted secure web portal in support of ICE ERO’s 287(g) Program throughout the State of Texas. This acquisition is not set aside for small business concerns. Large businesses will be required to submit an individual subcontracting plan; see Section I and Section L of the attached solicitation.
