The Embassy may conduct the pre-quotation conference in a hybrid format, with some participants attending virtually and others attending on site. Any potential offeror wishing to participate virtually should send an email to AhnDH@state.gov by 4:00 p.m. Korea Standard Time on May 18, 2026. If you intend to participate in the pre-quotation conference, please contact Ahn, Dong Ho (Tel. 82-2-397-4755, email: AhnDH@state.gov) to make necessary arrangement for Embassy access no later than May 18, 2026 at 15:00 p.m. Korea Standard Time. Also note if you require a virtual connection. Please be sure to bring the solicitation document with you to the conference. No extra copies will be available at the conference.
