SOLICITATION NOTICE:
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Rock Island District (MVR), intends to issue a Request for Proposals (RFP) for Tugboat Service for LaGrange Lock and Dam. INSTRUCTIONS FOR OFFERORS:
All offerors must submit a completed Schedule of Prices in accordance with FAR 52.212-4 Alternate I and documentation showing the capability to meet the on-site 4-hour threshold and where their tugboats are stationed to be considered for award in accordance with FAR 52.212-2.
