This is a notice of intent to award a sole source procurement action to Front Range Television LLC. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE OR PROPOSAL. The Government has a need for Front Range Television LLC. to provide TV Advertising with Wyoming ABC and FOX networks for the Wyoming Air National Guard. Period of Performance: 10 Months from date of award Therefore, Front Range Television LLC. is the only known company that can satisfy the Governments requirement. Interested parties must provide rationale as to why they should be considered. All interested firms must respond by 4 September 2025, 10:00pm MDT to MSgt Chris Davalos, Christopher.davalos.1@us.af.mil and MSgt Kris Kahle, kristopher.kahle@us.af.mil.. Responses received will be evaluated; however, a determination by the Government not to compete this proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. 153rd WY ANG Contracting will not reimburse for any costs connected with providing the capability information.
