TW-26 REFRIGERATED COLD STORAGE COMBINED SYNOPSIS SOLICITATION *SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY OF FUNDS*

23 April 2026 - Changes done to the combined synopsis/solicitation are highlighted in yellow, the changes where updateing the date of the document to 23 Apr 26 and add clause FAR 52.222-90, Addressing DEI Discrimination by Federal  Contractors (APR 2026) (DEVIATION APR 2026). Another update was update the correct place of performance on this SAM posting. There were no other changes made to this combined synopsis/solicitation.

17 April 2026 - No changes to combined synopsis/solicitation just uploaded a new PWS that allows you access to view it. 

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for non-personal services to the Government with two (2) 20-foot and two (2) 10-foot refrigerated containers capable of performing services at the required temperatures listed in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). Units shall be equipped with standard safety equipment as required by local laws. Containers must be in compliance with all refrigeration requirements stipulated under this contract during the entire period of performance at the location and dates specified in table 1 in PWS, with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Solicitation W912CL26-Q-G001 is being issued as a Request for Quotation  (RFQ).
