U--BELL 407GXI GROUND AND FLIGHT REFRESHER TRAINING

The Western Area Power Administration, Headquarters, intends to acquire, on a sole-source basis, Bell 407 GXi-specific flight training for WAPA aviation pilots through the Bell Training Academy (BTA). The resulting procurement will be conducted in accordance with FAR Parts 12.

THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES.

The WAPA Flight Manual requires annual BTA flight training for our Bell 407GXi Helicopters. Interested and qualified sources may submit a capability statement for consideration. Capability statements must be received within three calendar days of this notice and should include documentation demonstrating the ability to meet the Government’s requirements. The Government reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine whether to compete this requirement based on the responses received.
