The BIE Flandreau Indian School has a need for residential placement & education services for an enrolled student. This contract will provide residential and school services 24-hours per day, 7-days per week, as an offsite boarding school for the student. The school seeks services to meet the requirements of the Free Appropriate Public Education for Students with Disabilities under the Individual with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA). The student has specialized needs that require continued attention and are beyond what the school is capable of providing. The selected vendor possesses the qualified staff, capability, and availability to address the unique needs of this student. Due to an existing placement, competitive solicitation will not be issued. Displacement at this point would be detrimental to academic achievement and overall well-being.
Technical questions will not be answered regarding this requirement. This is not a request for a quote nor proposal and the Government is not accepting quotes nor proposals in response to this notice. Any contractor information provided in response to this notice is strictly voluntary and shall be at no cost to the government.
