This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. The United States Coast Guard has a requirement for the design, fabrication, delivery, installation, and support of three advanced training devices: • One (1) MH-60T Level 7 Flight Training Device (FTD) • One (1) Hoist Mission Training System (HMTS) • One (1) Portable Hoist Mission Training System (P-HMTS) The Contractor will be responsible for the MH-60T Level 7 FTD and for managing the delivery and integration of the HMTS and P-HMTS. The Contractor will be responsible for all aspects of program management, device integration, delivery, installation, acceptance testing, documentation, training, and warranties (standard and or extended warranties). The solicitation is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP) No. 70Z02326R93150001.
