The United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit (CA7), the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois (ILND), and the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Illinois (ILNB) collectively, the “Courts” are requesting open market proposals to provide Fiber and Cable Installation for the Data Center Consolidation project.
The solicitation number is ILNDCLERK25-DCCI. Please see attached for the following additional information: Statement of Work (SOW), instructions for completion of proposal package, and applicable provisions and clauses.
The Courts intend to make an award based on the lowest price, technically acceptable proposal. All proposals shall be quoted as a fixed price.
Proposals shall be submitted via email to: procurement_ilnd@ilnd.uscourts.gov. Proposals are due September 15, 2025, by 12:00 p.m. CST.
Submit proposal in accordance with the instructions in Section L of this solicitation. Proposals and questions concerning this RFP must be emailed to Sanela Hukic, at the email address listed above. Questions must be submitted by September 5, 2025, by 12:00 p.m. CST.
