The David J. Drakulich Art Foundation is uniquely positioned to meet the needs of this requirement due to its specialized experience providing therapeutic art programs designed specifically for veterans, its established track record supporting VA facilities, and its ability to furnish qualified art instructors with the background, training, and experience necessary to serve VA's veteran population. This Notice of Intent is not a Request for Quotes (RFQ). No solicitation document is available, and no technical questions will be answered at this time. The Government intends to make a sole source award; however, interested parties who believe they can meet this requirement must submit a statement of capability that demonstrates clear and convincing evidence of their ability to provide the requested services.
