    1. Purpose This is a Sources Sought Notice issued solely for market research in accordance with FAR Part 10. This notice does not constitute a solicitation. No award will be made based on this notice. The Government will not reimburse costs for responding. The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Veterans Health Administration (VHA), Office of Women s Health (OWH), is seeking information from responsible and capable vendors to support delivery of the Women s Health Mini Residency for Rural Providers and Nurses. This training prepares rural clinicians to provide comprehensive, high quality women s health care across the VHA enterprise. This notice is issued on an UNRESTRICTED basis. All qualified vendors are encouraged to respond. 2. Background Women Veterans are a rapidly growing segment of the VHA patient population. Approximately 27% reside in rural or highly rural areas, where clinical training gaps continue to exist. OWH has delivered Women s Health Mini Residency training since 2008, training over 14,000 clinicians. Ongoing training needs in rural and remote areas require expanded delivery of a specialized rural focused curriculum, including case based learning, hands on simulation, breast/pelvic exam training, and interprofessional facilitation. 3. Requirement The Contractor will support delivery of the Women s Health Mini Residency for Rural Providers and Nurses at up to 40 rural sites nationwide over a 12 month period. The full requirement, task details, staffing qualifications, deliverables, and performance standards are provided in the attached Draft Performance Work Statement (PWS). Vendors shall review the PWS for the complete description of required services. High level capability areas include (but are not limited to): Providing a trained team consisting of: Physician Instructor Nurse Instructor Gynecological Teaching Associate (GTA) Equipment Support Individual (ESI) Delivering VA/OWH-developed curriculum via hybrid (virtual and in person) format Attends Train the Trainer (TTT) workshops Providing hands-on simulation instruction Managing Government Furnished Equipment (GFE), including transport, inventory, and setup Completing event documentation, sign in sheets, and post-training reports Providing logistics, AV support, and nationwide travel Ensuring 100% staffing coverage, including backup personnel. 4. Submission Requirements Interested vendors shall submit a Capability Statement (PDF) not to exceed [5] pages including: A.
