PROCUREMENT TITLE: Medical Surgical Unit (MSU) Operation and Maintenance Training INTENT TO AWARD: The Department of Veterans Affairs (NCO 19), 6162 S. Willow Drive, Greenwood Village, CO 80111, intends to award one (1) purchase order on a sole source basis, to FORTS Logistics, LLC., for MSU Operation and Maintenance Training. BACKGROUND AND DESCRIPTION: The Western Colorado Health Care System (WCHCS) located at 2121 North Ave, Grand Junction CO, 81501 has a requirement for training facility personnel on the operations and maintenance of the VA s Office of Emergency Management (OEM) FORTS Medical Surgical Unit (MSU) which has been deployed at WCHCS. In preparation of project 575-19-101 Renovate Urgent Care Project a MSU was deployed to the WCHCS main campus to house the Emergency Department during construction. The Facilities Management Services (FMS) and Biomed team will be completing required maintenance and repairs on the trailers ensuring they remain operational during the estimated 18-month project duration. The WCHCS FMS team requires the necessary technical information and knowledge to ensure proper operation of the MSU mechanical and electrical systems for the duration of the project NAICS: 561210 Facilities Support Services, $47 Million PSC: U099 Education/Training - Other AUTHORITY: This procurement will be issued under the authority of RFO Part 12 Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed award upon response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Contracting Officer. INTERESTED PARTIES: THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement as described in the attached Statement of Work no later than 12:00 PM Mountain Standard Time, Wednesday, March 25th, 2026. Information received in response to this notice must clearly demonstrate the capability of meeting the Government s need as stated above. Include any relevant information (specifications, cut sheets, brochures, capability statement, etc.) confirming the ability to supply the products and/or any services outlined in this notice. Responses to this notice are to be sent to heather.chase2@va.gov. A determination not to compete this requirement, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government.
