UNDERGROUND STORAGE TANK (UST) COMPLIANCE SERVICES AT MIRAMAR NATIONAL CEMETERY

This is a Pre-Solicitation Notice with the Intent of synopsizing proposed contract action prior to issuance of the solicitation. this is Not a request for quote.

Specific instructions on submitting your offeror will be contained in the solicitation documents to be issued on or about July 27, 2026, posted to SAM.gov website. No documents will be available until the solicitation is issued.

The National Cemetery Administration (NCA), Veterans Affairs has a requirement for Underground Storage Tank (UST) Compliance Services at Miramar National Cemetery, San Diego, CA. The Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, materials, and supervision of its employees to perform service requirements include; conduct state mandated underground fuel storage tank inspections, leak monitoring certification, overfill prevention, and training.

This requirement is restricted as a 100% Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Business Set-Aside.

The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code assigned to this project is 541620 - Environmental Consulting Services and the Small Business Size Standard is $19 Million.

This acquisition will be procured in accordance with FAR Part 12 Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services. The Government contemplates award a firm fixed price contract with a base year and four 4 options.

The solicitation and any amendments to the solicitation will be available only through Contract Opportunities at www.SAM.gov. All quotes, and other documents required for the quote submittal, including amendments to the request for quotes, shall be submitted electronically. All dates in this announcement are estimated and are subject to change. No other information will be available before the solicitation is posted.
