The resultant contract will be Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (I.D.I.Q.) Purchase Order with fixed rates. The Contracting Officer shall order work on individual properties through task orders.
All responsible sources may submit an offer, which will be considered. The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussions.
