    Description

    This is a non-personal services contract to provide full maintenance and replacement parts on four (4) uninterruptable power supply (UPS) systems at 3 separate locations for the Gifford Pinchot National Forest (GPNF).

    Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform onsite UPS system maintenance and repairs to the standards specified in this Performance Work Statement (PWS). This Contract contains (4) individual UPS systems: (2) at the GPNF Forest Headquarters (FH) building, (1) at the GPNF 404 Bldg. and (1) at the Mt. St Helens National Volcanic Monument Office (MSHNVM).  Each of these terms or services are unique and those differences have been defined throughout this PWS.

    As such the Government shall not exercise any supervision or control over the Contractor’s employees.  This shall be a firm fixed price contract.

    This contract is set aside for Small Business.
